Citrus, Mango and Pineapple Salsa

– 1 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
– 1 1/4 cup fresh mango, diced
– 2 tomatoes, diced
– 1/2 red onion, diced
– 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
– 2 tablespoons lime juice
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Sea salt, to taste
– Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
– Tortilla chips, for serving
In a large bowl, mix together the pineapple, mango, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, coriander, lime juice, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Use a rubber spatula to combine the ingredients well.
Adjust the seasoning with extra salt and pepper if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips.
