Ingredients:
– 2 cups halved Brussels sprouts
– 1 bunch of asparagus
– 3 small pieces of fresh salmon
– Lemon wedges
– Olive oil
– Lemon pepper
– Optional: Ready-to-serve whole grain rice
Instructions:
1. On a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, arrange the halved Brussels sprouts on one side and the whole asparagus on the other.
2. Position the salmon in the center of the baking sheet and top it with lemon wedges.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and sprinkle lemon pepper to taste.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Optional: Serve with ready-to-eat rice for a quick side.
6. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, asparagus, and Brussels sprouts, then place the salmon on top and enjoy!
