Raw Vegan Cocoa Bliss Bites

Rich, indulgent, luscious, and absolutely guilt-free dessert—this is as good as it gets! These healthy brownie truffles are not only raw, vegan, grain-free, and gluten-free, they’re ready in just 15 minutes and truly nourishing for your body.

Total time: 15 minutes

**Ingredients:** (makes 9 truffles)

1 cup soft medjool dates, pitted
½ cup cashews, raw
½ cup pecans, raw
¼ cup raw cocoa powder
pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons of coconut milk
Extras (optional): ¼ cup of shredded coconut and ¼ cup of raw cocoa powder for rolling

**Instructions:**

1. Combine dates, cashews, pecans, cocoa powder, and salt in a food processor. Process until the mixture resembles wet sand.
2. While keeping the food processor running, gradually add coconut milk one tablespoon at a time. Continue blending until a sticky dough forms.
3. Portion the dough into 9 equal pieces. Shape them into round truffle forms using your hands.
4. Roll each truffle in shredded coconut or raw cocoa powder. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate before serving. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
