Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill Mac & Cheese Recipe

Celebrate National Mac & Cheese Day with this local favorite!

Ingredients
– 1 quart of heavy cream
– 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup of grated smoked Gouda
– Salt (to taste)
– Black pepper (to taste)
– 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
– 1/2 pound of chopped ham
– 5 cups of cooked macaroni
– 1 tablespoon of white truffle oil

Preparation
1. In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a low boil for 2 minutes.
2. Whisk in all the ingredients except for the truffle oil and macaroni, ensuring everything is well combined.
3. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
4. Stir in the macaroni and continue simmering until the pasta is well coated and the sauce has thickened.
5. Drizzle the dish with white truffle oil.
6. Most importantly… enjoy!

Serves 10 people.
