The Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program offers fresh organic produce shares (which can be pre-purchased online) from the local farm Johnson’s Backyard Garden, with distributions occurring every Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm at the Farm Stand in the central Barn Yard. The Farm Stand also hosts a natural food co-op program providing items like grass-fed beef, organic cheese, coffee, nuts, and skincare products, available to both Light Farms residents and the nearby community.
Light Farms also emphasizes health and wellness for its residents with various amenities, including a fitness center, four resort-style pools, and four tennis courts. New features such as basketball and bocce ball courts are available, with plans for pickleball and sand volleyball courts coming soon.
