The holiday season encourages us to pause, release our daily tensions, and appreciate the abundance we share in our children, families, and friends.

I have a particular fondness for Thanksgiving. The essence of this holiday is deeply rooted in gratitude and the spirit of giving. It’s a celebration that welcomes everyone to concentrate on the positive aspects of our lives while coming together to express thanks. Add some green bean casserole and a glass of Chardonnay, and now we’re really in the spirit! Thanksgiving holds a special place in my heart because it brings my loved ones together from all over, allowing us to step away from the chaos of daily life and simply “Be.”

Years ago, Paul McCartney shared the inspiration behind his song “Let It Be.” He recounted how his late mother, Mary, visited him in a dream, offering those comforting, hopeful, and peaceful words. Such a simple yet impactful message.

Shinin’ until tomorrow, let it be”

The holiday season serves as a reminder to slow down and just Be. I understand that it’s challenging to release our daily concerns and acknowledge the long list of tasks at hand. However, when we reflect on the wealth we have in our children, families, and friends, everything else can wait.

On behalf of everyone at Good Life Family, we thank you for being part of our “family” and wish you a holiday filled with love, laughter, and memories to treasure for a lifetime.

Live. Learn. Laugh. (Let It Be!) Repeat.
