Easter Mini Bundt Cakes - Good Life Family Magazine

Yield: 24 mini bundts

Ingredients:
1 box confetti cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
1 cup milk

Chocolate Toppers:
1 cup melting chips in each desired color
Silicone Easter candy molds in preferred shapes
1 pouch ready-made green icing

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and milk. Pour the mixture into a greased mini bundt pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.

To prepare the chocolate toppers:
In separate bowls for each color, melt the melting chips in the microwave in 1-minute intervals until fully melted. Transfer the melted chips to baggies and cut a corner. Pipe the melted chips into the molds and freeze for 15-20 minutes. Pipe green icing onto the mini bundt cakes to create “grass,” then place the chocolate mold pieces on top.

Substitution:
For quicker preparation, consider using store-bought chocolate bunnies, eggs, crosses, or marshmallow bunnies as toppers.
