
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- A pinch of nutmeg
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, flour, sugar, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the milk while blending the mixture.
- Place the butter in a heavy, oven-safe skillet and put it in the oven. Once the butter has melted (being careful not to let it burn), take the skillet out and pour the batter into the pan.
- Put the skillet back in the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the pancake is puffed up at the edges.
- Quickly remove from the oven and top with powdered sugar or your favorite fruit.
