
Ingredients:
- Chocolate chips (choose from milk, dark, or white)
- Hot cocoa mix
- Optional extras such as mini marshmallows, sprinkles, or toffee bits
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips by heating them for 30 seconds, stirring, and then continuing to heat in 15-second increments, stirring until fully melted.
- Using a spoon, place dollops of melted chocolate into your molds, spreading it evenly around the edges to coat them.
- Put the molds in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
- Fill each mold three-quarters full with hot cocoa mix and any optional extras.
- Cover the mixture with the remaining melted chocolate to seal the back of the bombs. Return the molds to the fridge until the chocolate sets completely.
- To serve, place the bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it, stirring until it is completely melted.
