  • 1/4 cup of low-fat granola (about 4 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of confectioner’s sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of hot water

Directions:

  1. To create the parfaits, begin by layering about 1/3 cup of yogurt, followed by 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries, then 1/4 cup of sliced bananas, and top with 1 tablespoon of granola in a small dish.
  2. In a separate small cup, combine the cocoa, confectioner’s sugar, and hot water, stirring until smooth. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of this mixture over each parfait.

Quick Tips:

  • Keep it Healthy: Yogurt serves as a delicious and healthier alternative to ice cream or whipped cream in various recipes.
  • Tip: If fresh berries are unavailable, you can use 1 cup of thawed frozen mixed berries instead.
