Autumn Spice Coffee

Ingredients:
– 2 cups of milk (can be dairy or non-dairy)
– 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
– 1 to 3 tablespoons of your preferred sweetener (adjust based on desired sweetness)
– 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
– ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
– 1 cup of strong hot coffee (½ cup per serving)
– Whipped cream

Instructions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, and sweetener. Heat until it is hot, but do not let it boil.
2. Once removed from the heat, whisk in the vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
3. Pour your preferred amount of coffee into a mug and top it off with the pumpkin mixture.
4. Add whipped cream on top and enjoy!
5. This can be refrigerated for up to 4 days and is also delicious as an iced coffee!
