
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of Gin Mare
- 0.5 ounces of Chareau Aloe Liqueur
- 1 ounce of Green Juice (crafted from apples, celery, cucumber, kale, lemon, and spinach using a juicer; available at juice bars and premium grocery stores)
- 0.5 ounces of Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 ounces of Organic Simple Syrup (2:1 ratio)
- 1 ounce of Topo Chico Sparkling Water
Directions:
- Briefly shake all ingredients except for the soda in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain the mixture over soda and ice in a tall Tom Collins glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated green apple slices arranged as half-moons and cucumber pieces.
