New Addition to the GLF Team: Fashion Editor Amy Levenson Krumholz, aka Style by Amy!
With more than 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, Amy Levenson Krumholz is the latest edition to the GLF team. She has worked across various sectors including design, retail, and wholesale. After earning her degree in Fashion Merchandising from The University of Texas, Amy relocated to the West Coast to follow her fashion career aspirations.
Back to Dallas: Opening Amy’s Collection
Amy returned to her hometown of Dallas to establish her showroom, Amy’s Collection, at the Dallas Apparel Mart. Over the course of her successful 14 years there, she represented more than 85 lines of women’s clothing and accessories, and expanded her presence by opening two additional showrooms in New York and Atlanta. Furthermore, she has created three of her own contemporary sportswear lines, and has experience as a retail buyer, consultant, and stylist for numerous photo shoots.
Personal Styling and Client Engagement
For the past 12 years, Amy has focused her efforts on helping individuals uncover their personal style in a more personalized manner. She provides education, organization, and styling through one-on-one services and public speaking engagements. Her offerings include wardrobe assessments, closet makeovers, personal shopping, and guidance on how to easily coordinate outfits.
Television Appearances and Fashion Segments
You may have seen Amy on the show Good Morning Texas, where she has presented various fashion segments. She intends to continue producing segments that offer valuable tips and advice for her audience.
Balancing Family and Community Involvement
Amy is a busy mother to three wonderful boys who attend three different schools. She has also been active on the Board of Directors for Heart House Dallas, a free after-school program designed for at-risk children in the Vickery Meadow neighborhood.
